The 1990s tuxedos are the ones that is most close to the styles of tuxedos that we have now. The short types of mens tuxedos that we have now did not start out as it is now. During the 1920s the tuxedos were known as evening wear and they were widely worn to formal evening outs, marriages and dancing at formal balls.
